Despite real progress, the figures speak for themselves:
• Only 36% of seats on CAC 40 boards of directors are held by women (Haut Conseil à l’Égalité, 2024).
• In executive committees, the proportion drops to 24%.
• Globally, only 10% of Fortune 500 companies are led by women.
• Only 32.6% of speakers at major technology conferences in 2024 were women (Pomona Partners study of 12 major global technology conferences).
Women of Influence was born out of a simple belief:
The power of women must inspire, govern, and transform.
Our mission:
• Supporting women leaders through visibility, mentoring, and sisterhood.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in decision-making bodies.
• Accelerate the transition to more ethical, diverse, and sustainable leadership models.
Since its creation, Women of Influence:
• Has enabled more than 400 women to recharge their batteries and forge lasting bonds through monthly dinners, galas, and inspiring events where mutual support, trust, and networking take shape.
• Has supported more than 37 women in their leadership journeys through our mentoring initiatives.
• Has been committed to equality and diversity beyond borders: through international partnerships (Ausim, etc...).
• Contributes to changing perceptions by highlighting women speakers (more than a hundred speakers per year at events such as Vivatech, Summit Nocode, Gitex).
These figures remind us that gender equality cannot be taken for granted: it is built day by day, through concrete and collective initiatives.
