As Head of the Public Digital Campus within the Prime Minister's office, Fadila Leturcq oversees the national strategy for developing digital skills for all government employees. After several years in the private sector dedicated to human capital and digital transformation, she joined the Interministerial Digital Directorate (DINUM) in 2020 as a senior advisor. A reserve officer in the French Navy, author, and lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, she embodies leadership based on commitment, knowledge sharing, and a sense of public service.
