6th African Digital Summit 2024: A Week of Leadership/Innovation in Morocco

The 6th African Digital Summit 2024, focusing on artificial intelligence, marked an important milestone in Morocco's commitment to digital transformation. Opened by Ghita Mezzour and Abdellatif Miraoui, the summit brought together over 3,400 participants and 80 speakers, with 43% female representation, including Hélène Zemmour on “The digital transformation of the media industry”. Congratulations to Nadia Rahim Guérin for her President's Award!
The Trophée Tilila was also a highlight, celebrating diversity and inclusion in advertising, with 2M TV as a role model. I congratulate Khadija Boujanoui and Salim Cheikh for their leadership, highlighting the representation of women and the inclusion of disabled people.
This memorable week underlines the importance of inclusion and innovation as the foundations of an equitable future for Morocco, which aspires to become the digital hub of Africa! The summit also reflected Morocco’s ambitious broader national vision, Digital Morocco 2030.
